Our commercial ELCM looks to be running out of vacant units during the
tenth year of our simulation--this despite our developer model
building commercial developments.
As part of debugging this, I'm trying to figure out if there are
unplaced jobs from a previous a year(s). I think there are, but I
don't see a clear indication of this.
From excerpt from the log of 1999, the year before the run crashes,
you can see that in the final run of the commercial ELCM, there are
371 jobs to place, and 809 "job spaces" in which to place them. The
model finishes running, and reports 0 unplaced agents, but the
following warning appears during this run:
WARNING: weight array dosen't have enough non-zero counts, use sample
with replacement
In the next year of the run, 2000, things are worse in the commercial
ELCM. The second run needs to place 1278 jobs, but there are 0 free
job spaces.
What I want to know is, are their any unplaced jobs from 1999? Also,
what else should I be looking at understand why the model may be
running out of commercial job space despite new developments being
built?
