I am guessing you downloaded and used the new windows installer. It
does not yet include the opus_gui package, so until we get a stable
release out with it, if you want a preview you'll need to use
TortoiseSVN or another Subversion client to get the package from svn://
trondheim.cs.washington.edu/svn/opus/trunk/opus_gui. As Alan said, it
is a work in progress, and will be changing rapidly for a while.
