[UrbanSim-Users] opus.py missing

Good morning,

I just downloaded the latest development version and the install seems
to have gone well because the post install tests I ran ok.

However, there is no opus.py on my system; I did a windows search for it
and no luck. Can anybody tell me where I can find get a copy of this
and why it might not have loaded? Should I reinstall opus?
