Actually the Eugene test data should be fine -- just use the version
corresponding to your UrbanSim release. (So if you are using stable
release 4.1, use the version of the Eugene data listed next to it in
the table of stable releases, i.e. http://www.urbansim.org/opus/
releases/eugene_data/eugene_1980_baseyear_cache_version_4_1.zip; and
if you're using the latest revision from the svn repository use
http://www.urbansim.org/opus/releases/eugene_data/
eugene_1980_baseyear_cache_version_4_1_1.zip).
