creating opus package

I have installed the following applications on my machine,
in the following order
• enthon-python2.4-1.0.0
• numpy-1.0.1.win32-py2.4
• MySQL-python.exe-1.2.0.win32-py2.4
• dbfpy-2.2.0.win32
• mysql-essential-5.0.41-win32
• mysql-gui-tools-5.0-r12-win32
• opus-4.1.0513.win32

After this I have followed the instruction in “Creating an
Opus Package” web page,
but using the command
>>> from opus_core.opus_package import create_package

I always obtain the following error message:

import... exiting.

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in an unusual way.

information.
