Neighbor Cell Attributes

Hi,

Has anyone on this list tried to compute variables on each grid cell
using the characteristics of neighboring cells? It seems that this
wouldn't be too difficult to do, and that it would make using a level of
aggregation smaller than a TAZ make a lot more sense.
