parameters estimaion

Dear All,
I have installed OPUS on my pc and now I am able to run the
Eugene-Springfield Model, and also calculate indicators.
But my problem now is to understand how to estimate the
models parameters.
In other words, I have the Rome base year database in
Access, and I know how to create the base year cache, but I
don’t know the exact procedure of the estimation of the
models parameters.
Is there a unique process for the estimation of all the
parameters or is there a single estimation procedure for
each model?
Is there some web page useful for this?
