but it seems that LPM_specification is not called. We intentionally made syntax errors in the code of LPM_specification.py, and after that the simulation was run as usual and the output was the same...
  
What are the scripts which call LPM_specification.py? I don't see the link between Baseline.py and LPM_specification.
