Models' parameters

I work with Fabrice. We don't know how to change models' parameters. E.g. we want to start with deleting several regression variables from LandPriceModel specification in Eugene.
In run_estimation.py, I made uncommented the model 'lpm'. In LPM_specification.py, I commented several variables, which were initially specified. However, after running simulation with Eugene data, the result, i.e. Residential Land Value, was the same as before changing the model specification. What should be done to change a model specification?
