Household Synthesis

Hello,

Based on the UrbanSim documentation, we can't figure out whether we need
to create the table of all households ourselves, or if we could simply
input the PUMA and SF3 data and let UrbanSim do the rest. The document
here: http://www.urbansim.org/docs/tests/medium-tests/hhsynthesis1.html
, seems to suggest that the latter is true, but we haven't seen any
other documentation on this or a description of the Household Synthesis
Utility.

Thoughts? I know others have tried varying methods.. We're looking for
a quick implementation.
