Thanks for noticing this. The psrc package is in the opus repository,
but not in the basic set of packages in the zip file. So I just changed
the example in the manual to use urbansim.faz.population (which
illustrates the same point while using a variable you do get with the zip).

This update is in the development release, and in the latest version of
the manual on the website - it will also show up in the next stable
release when we do one. (We're in the midst of writing a spiffy new GUI
for UrbanSim, and plan to make a stable release once the GUI is ready
for general use.)
