We were running UrbanSim3 and received lots of error/warning message
like below:
Information[de_35]: non-residential sqft development in GRID_ID=945277
(21 new sqft) exceeds development cap of 999 sqft
However, for all of the gridcells it was complainning, the development
is NOT over the cap. The cross reference in the mannual does not tell
the underline reason. Does someone get this before and know what
happened? Thanks a lot.
