Subject: Milestone Release Candidate for Opus/UrbanSim version
4.1

        Dear UrbanSim Users,

Over the last few weeks we have converted Opus and UrbanSim to
use the numpy numeric package, instead of the numarray numeric package.
(The numpy package is a new package that is replacing both the numarray
and numeric Python packages.)

In the next day or so, we will release this version as a
Milestone Release Candidate (MRC). The nightly download links and the
manual it points to will refer to this MRC. During this next day or so,
the Manual and nightly links may not be consistent - we will send out an
email when this is resolved.

Once we are confident that the entire system is working
correctly, we will release a new Milestone.
