Jobs location choice model

Dear Urbansim users' community,

Is anybody has developped a firms location choice model instead of a
jobs location choice model ? If so, could you share your experience.

Are there any other agencies in the U.S. who are using UrbanSim with a
base year after 2000? We are wondering how those agencies create a
post-2000 households table (e.g., update synthesized 2000 households
through the year 2005).
