Sensitivity of Urbansim

I have never used Urbansim and I am evaluating this program as an option to integrate it with our Travel Demand Forecasting Model for New York region. I would like to know if Urbansim is sensitive to transit fare changes and if not, is it possible to modify it to have this kind of sensitivity and how difficult it would be.
