Specific regression models in urbansim

Two specific child classes of the RegressionModel class are implemented in urbansim, namely LandPriceModel and ResidentialLandShareModel. Both models should be run with a dataset representing a specific geography, such as zones, grid cells or parcels.

LandPriceModel: The outcome variable of the regression procedure is a logarithms of land price. The model then updates the dataset attributes residential and non residential land value (see Section 8.4.2).

ResidentialLandShareModel: The model updates the dataset attribute fraction residential land (see Section ...)
