Create Baseyear Cache

One can explicitely create a baseyear cache from the base year database which can be then used for simulation runs. The script needs a configuration module passed as an argument. The services database is not used by the script. If the desired module is located at psrc/configs/subset_configuration.py under one of the paths found in the PYTHONPATH environment variable, the command

python create_baseyear_cache.py psrc.configs.subset_configuration

caches the database defined in the subset_configuration configuration into a basyear cache. The create_baseyear_cache file is located in the opus_core/tools/ directory, and the above command should be run from the same directory. An option --cache-directory can be used to pass the directory to be cached into. Alternatively, this can be specified in the configuration as an entry 'cache_directory'.
