Cross-scenario comparisons are currently generated by specifying two cache directories that each contain the simulation results for the scenarios that you wish to compare. The comparison is accomplished with a subtract. To be more specific, for each specified indicator, the indicator is computed for both cache directories. Then the indicator values from the comparison cache directory are subtracted from the values of the indicator from the cache directory. In the near future, a percent different comparison will also be provided.
