Converting the Base Year Data

The base year database for the Opus UrbanSim 4 is almost the same as that used by UrbanSim 3 (the Java version). Instructions on converting the database are available at http://www.urbansim.org/opus/opus_manual/docs/scripts/converting_3_to_4.html.
