Development Project Location Choice Model
The Development project location choice model implemented in the
urbansim package simulates a process where
development projects of a specific type choose locations to be placed into.
The class DevelopmentProjectLocationChoiceModel is a child of
LocationChoiceModel described in
Section 23.4.3.
