Initialization

The class is initialized by the following arguments:

resources

- this argument has the same meaning as in Dataset.

dataset1

- an instance of Dataset.

dataset2

- an instance of Dataset.

index1

- indices of dataset1 over which the interaction is done. If it is not given, all elements are taken.

index2

- indices of dataset2 over which the interaction is done. If it is not given, all elements are taken.

dataset_name

- a name of the interaction set. Default value is the dataset name of dataset1 connected by `_x_' to the dataset name of dataset2.
