Community Builder

It will contain three elements:

1. Developing an initial Bay Area UrbanSim? application at a zone level of detail on the demand side (MTC's 1454 zone structure) mainly over the fall semester

2. Developing a scenario creation framework for creating and editing development constraints arising from General Plans and other sources, including scenario planning exercises.

3. Develop an improved indicator framework and set of indicators, to allow rapidly generating results from alternative scenarios.

The initial version of this system will work with the MTC travel model, so this will need to include a travel model interface to their system.
