Annual Job Relocation Rates

The annual_job_relocation_rates table contains the probabilities that a job in a sector will relocate within the region within a one-year time frame. This table is named annual_relocation_rates_for_jobs in previous version of UrbanSim?.

probability_of_relocating	Float	Y	Probability of a job relocating within a year (between 0 and 1)
