Demolition Cost Per Sqft
The demolition_cost_per_sqft table provides information to the developer model about the costs of demolition by building type. These numbers are used to calculate the cost of demolition of existing development so that a more accurate cost of redevelopment can be calculated.| Column Name | Data Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| building_type_id | Integer | Y | The building type id |
| building_type_name | String | N | A description of the building type |
| demolition_cost_per_sqft | Integer | Y | The cost in dollars to demolish one square foot of the corresponding building type |
